By accessing or using the VMAX Market Whisperer Trade Opportunity Indicator, I acknowledge that trading financial markets involves inherent risk, including the potential loss of my entire investment. I understand that the Indicator provides analytical tools and trade signals for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment guidance, or a recommendation to trade.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with using this Indicator and agree that {{Your Company Name}} and its owners, developers, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any losses, damages, errors, missed opportunities, platform failures, or financial outcomes resulting from my use of the tool. I release and hold harmless the Licensor from any and all claims, legal actions, disputes, or liabilities that may arise from my trading activity.

I confirm that I am solely responsible for my decisions and risk management, and I use this tool at my own risk.

 

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “Licensee,” or “You”) and CCFC BUSINESS SERVICES INC. dba: Margin Power Trading, the creator and owner of the VMAX Market Whisperer Trade Opportunity Indicator, including all associated alerts, tools, signals, scripts, formulas, code, and derivative outputs (“Software” or “Indicator”). By accessing, installing, using, or subscribing to the Indicator, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant — The Licensee is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Indicator solely for personal trading and educational purposes. No rights are sold. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the Licensor.
Restrictions — You may not:
a) copy, resell, distribute, sublicense, or share the Indicator;
b) reverse engineer, modify, or alter the Indicator;
c) use the Indicator for commercial training, signal distribution, or advisory services without written authorization;
d) represent the Indicator as your own creation.
No Financial Advice — The Indicator is a tool, not trading advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, asset, currency, or instrument. You acknowledge that all trading carries risk of loss, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
Risk of Use — You accept full responsibility for all trading decisions made with or without the Indicator. You agree that You alone are responsible for analyzing market conditions, managing risk, and executing trades.
No Guarantees — The Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding profitability, accuracy, reliability, uptime, or compatibility. The Indicator may contain errors, produce false signals, or experience downtime.
Limitation of Liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from the use or misuse of the Indicator, including but not limited to loss of capital, opportunity loss, missed trades, software failures, or trading platform issues.
Indemnification — You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, losses, disputes, legal actions, or damages arising from:
a) your trading activity,
b) your misuse of the Indicator,
c) your violation of this Agreement.
Termination — The Licensor may revoke access at any time due to misuse, non-payment, abuse, or violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Indicator.
Intellectual Property — All algorithms, signals, scripts, code, concepts, formulas, and trade logic remain proprietary. No ownership is transferred.
Governing Law — This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of OHIO /USA.
By using the Indicator, You confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
